You start with your client list, not their cards. Within a few weeks, that fixes itself.

Fresha keeps saved cards locked inside their system. By law, nobody can move them across to another platform, not us and not you. So your cards do not come over on day one.

What does come over is everything that matters: every client's name, email and phone number. You reopen the doors with your whole list intact.

Each client re-adds their card the first time they rebook. It takes a few seconds at the point of booking, the same as any first booking anywhere.
